Position Available: Director, Information Services

Audax, an international firm in the integration high technology, mobile device applications and security during the FIFA World Cup games,  is seeking a Director of Development and Information Security  in the greater Seattle, WA. area.


Candidate’s primary goals are to develop mobile security applications to guard against outside attacks on National Airports, Oil Fields, Seaports, and Sport Stadiums in relation to the FIFA World Cup events.


Candidate assists in the development of mobile applications and security programs/procedures to facilitate the administration and management of security. This requires application of general guidelines, complex computer logic and programming skills in multiple languages- specific to mobile devices such as IOS, Android.


Good knowledge of identifying vulnerabilities and providing remediation efforts in a network environment.
Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in-order to direct the development of mobile device security programs/procedures and to facilitate the administration and management of a mobile apps security team. Candidate will be responsible in an on-going development and evolution of the firm's “AR-SA-GIS” solution. Additionally will also responsible for the day-to-day activities as they relate to the security compliance programs, including all vulnerability scans, data and security exceptions, and follow-up activities. Documents security findings, validates that remediation has been completed and validates their closure. Candidate will provide quarterly and annual reports, to gauge effectiveness of the security policy framework and provide up-to-date status during quarterly status meetings.

Qualifications
To qualify, candidates must have: 


Knowledge and Skills Requirements: 
An advanced degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience 
Maintain awareness of the current security threat landscape 


Experience: 
Three or more years of experience as an application developer, preferably focused on Microsoft technologies such as C# and VB.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Windows OS (desktop/server), and cloud computing. Experience in virtualization/AR is a plus. 

Three or more years of experience in conducting Information Security Policy & Compliance

Excellent  management, interpersonal, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills with good judgment, tact, and decision-making abilities, including the ability to understand and integrate cultural differences and motives and to lead cross cultural teams.

Strong English language skills are required, Portuguese Language skills helpful.

Certification Requirements:

Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or similar preferred.
